We get it sometimes things don’t go as planned 
at Travinfo, we keep returns simple and stress-free so you can shop with total confidence.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible product 
the item must be in its original condition clean, unused, and free from major damage or alteration.

Return shipping

We’ll cover the delivery cost for returns 
yep  no hidden fees or return shipping charges 
our team will help arrange pickup or return transport at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days 
the funds will be sent back to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email once it’s completed.

Non-returnable items

Some products may not qualify for returns this includes:

• custom-modified containers or trailers

• special order items made to your specifications

• any product returned in poor or altered condition
