Description

The Fol Da Tank Float Dock Strainer is a self leveling floating strainer that allows you to draft water from ponds and streams. 

Float dock strainers are typically used by fire fighters, mining and construction applications that require a reliable source of water and the ability to filter out debris from that water source.

Use the float dock strainer to efficiently draft water in both shallow and deep water sources. The strainer will draft in as little as 5 inches of water.

The float dock strainer screens out debris and other material from the pond and streams that will damage equipment.

Float Dock Strainer Optional Accessories:

• Float Dock Strainer Riser – works with floating dock strainers from 2.5 to 8 inches.
• Carry Rack – provides easy storage for floating dock strainers when not in use.  Small carry rack for 2.5 inch & 3 inch sizes and large carry rack for 4 inch to 6 inch sized floating dock strainers.
• Clapper Valve – maintains the prime between a pumper and a float dock strainer.

Float Dock Strainer Features:

• Choose Poly or Aluminum float material.
• Designed to draft water in both shallow or deep water sources.
• Works in shallow water with at least 5 inches of depth.
• Operates below scum and debris but above sand and muck.
• Screens out material that can damage equipment.
• Self leveling with no whirlpools or suction loss.
• NFPA 1142 compliant.

1.5 inch to 6 inch float dock sizes for standard use. 

Choose the 8 inch float dock size for heavy duty use when the floating dock strainer will be exposed to the elements and wildlife for extended periods of time.
