Aluminum Tank Industries transfer tank tank tool box combos are DOT approved to carry gas, diesel, methanol, or aviation fuel.  

Choose from the following options:

• Rectangular Transfer Tank Toolbox: 42 or 58 gallon sizes.
• L Shaped Transfer Tank Toolbox: 47 or 95 gallon sizes.
• L Shaped Heavy Duty Tank Toolbox: 95 gallon size.

Optional Accessory Add-on’s:

• GPI 12V Fuel Pump: Choose 15 gpm or 8 gpm sizes.

The toolbox features:

• All polished aluminum DP body construction 
• Polished industrial stainless locking handles
• Automotive style gas shocks for lid
• Extreme 3 layer lid design
• Full aluminum piano hinge
• Aero-beveled lid design

All ATI refueling tanks come standard with a 3/8″npt drain plug, two 2″npt bungs, a vent/prevent cap, and fully welded baffles to reduce slosh and add strength.

These tanks are constructed from rugged diamond plate aluminum and are all available with an optional black powder coated finish.

*Fuel Pump Weights:

• Standard aluminum transfer tanks are only designed to hold fuel pumps up to 15 gpm or 30 pounds of weight. 
• A fuel pump heavier than 30 pounds requires a heavy duty aluminum tank. 

Tank Toolbox Specs:

Note: mounting tabs add 1.5 inches on each side of the tank listed below. Each tank has two mounting tabs, one on each side of the tank (adds 3 inches to the length of the tank).

Short Bed Truck Owners:

• Tanks with a 48.5 inch length may require a modification to move the mounting tabs from the sides to the front and back of the tank in order to pass the wheel well.
• Please call or contact us if you have a short bed truck to confirm.

Rectangular Tank Toolbox Combo Sizes:

• 42 gallon – 48.5 inches long by 19 inches wide by 21 inches high
• 58 gallon* – 58 inches long by 21 inches wide by 22 inches high

* The 58 gallon size includes a notched bottom which reduces the bottom length to 51 inches.

L-Shaped Tank Toolbox Combo Sizes:

• 47 gallon – 36.25 inches long by 30 inches wide by 18 inches high
• 95 gallon – 48.5 inches long by 33 inches wide by 26 inches high
• 95 gallon HD – 48.5 inches long by 33 inches wide by 26 inches high

Aluminum Tank Industries has been granted a special permit from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the legal manufacture, mark and selling of legal aluminum refueling transfer tanks. These tanks can be used for commercial and state applications.
